VAS - Missed Call Alert system

The MCA Platform (MCAP) is a system intended to provide value-added information to subscribers by delivering notification messages called Who Called+ (WHC+) to the called party and Notify Me (NM) to the calling party.

Notification message generated due to several condition:

• Off (absent subscriber)‏
• Unreachable (detached or no coverage area, busy without call waiting)‏
