spots reporting language

The SRL is used within the SPOTS product to produce performance and traffic statistics. It allows defining the input raw data, already stored on the SPOTS database, and the processing algorithms necessary to produce the required statistical indicators. Currently SRL is only concerned with algorithms and statistical data values and not on how this data is to be presented to the user.
