Found a download link of a Nokia Electronic Documentation ( NED ) V 6.0 in here. Maybe this could be useful for you who worked with NSN and wanted to install or upgrade it, but i couldnt found any of its newest library. I will update this post if i found any new upgrade/patch or NED library.
btw, NED is a nokia solution of documenting its product specification and tutorials in form of a web based application ( Java based web server ). NED Library is its compressed documentation and tutorials which can be uploaded to the web server in order to read it .
