This document is intended to define UTRAN Key Performance Indicators, which give information about quality, performance, load, capacity, .. in a uniform way to the operator.

These indicators may be used for the following purposes:
Definition of formulas, which are used for realization of predefined reports in the Performance Management application of the O&M Toolset.
